Johnson Landzro (Gbawe-Accra, Ghana) offers digital courses, coaching packages, live events and physical products. We provide fair refund windows that vary by product type. By purchasing, you agree to the terms below.
2. Refund Eligibility by Product Type
2.1 Digital Courses & Downloads
- 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase if less than 30 % of the content has been consumed.
- Non-refundable: Subscription renewals, bonus downloads and bundled mini-courses.
2.2 Coaching & Consulting Packages
- 30-Day Partial Refund: Cancel within 30 days and before the first session for a 100 % refund.
- After the first session, unused sessions refunded pro-rata minus a 15 % administrative fee.
- No refunds after 50 % of sessions are completed.
2.3 Live Events & Revivals
- Cancellations 30+ days before the event: full refund minus 10 % processing fee.
- 7–29 days: 50 % refund.
- Less than 7 days: non-refundable (tickets are transferable).
2.4 Physical Books & Merchandise
- Damaged or mis-shipped items: free replacement or full refund within 7 days of delivery (photo proof required).
- Change-of-mind returns: buyer pays return shipping to Gbawe-Accra; refund issued after resale-quality inspection.

- Gift cards
- Perishable health products
4. How to Request a Refund

- Include full name, purchase email, product name and reason.
- Allow up to 7 business days for processing.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days:
- Check your bank or card statement.

7. Abuse of Policy
We reserve the right to refuse refunds if we detect abuse (e.g., repeated purchase-and-refund cycles). Affected customers will be notified before any blacklisting occurs.
